What I’m doing now

After recently completing and recovering from my Marathon Homecoming, I’m preparing for the birth of my second child next month.

I’m currently undertaking a 30 day social media detox, in the days leading up to the birth, to refresh and recharge. So that I can be fully present for the experience.
