What I’m doing now
After completing a 12 week training block, last weekend I successfully ran a sub 90 Half Marathon (01:28:06).
This week I’m enjoying a week off with the family, recovering from the race and reflecting on what I learnt from the experience and training process over the past three months. I’ll be sharing this reflection and lessons learnt with you on the blog very soon.
